October is an exciting month at “Backgrounds by Barb” with Free Shipping Tuesdays within Canada (see details below). October is a great month for my Canadian customers to take advantage of this free shipping (if eligible).
NOTE: from May to November we ship from Canada and no Canadian duties or taxes will apply. November through April we ship from the United States to Canada. When shipping from the United States to Canada, Canadian duties and taxes may apply. Check your local post office for details.

Thanks to Canada Post, I am able to send one Expedited Parcel for free every Tuesday for the Month of October to anywhere in Canada. Simply place an order and I will refund the shipping costs. Don’t hesitate to contact me if you have questions.
