Our Damask background is a take on the beloved monochromatic fabric that weaves together two different types of thread to create a pattern with contrast in colour, texture, and sheen.
I created this grey and white version in Photoshop by blending and repeating a small sample of patterns. The subtle pattern and colour will work beautifully with any subject and will not overwhelm it.

Chippy White Paint originated from an old shed in a back alley in a small town in Saskatchewan. The beautiful patina of its weathered grey wood covered with soft green lichen and peeling white paint is enchanting and reminds me of all the old farm houses which surrounded me as I grew up on the prairies.
